Executive coaching engagements follow a structured six-month program. We begin with an initial assessment to understand your leadership context and development goals. Progress reviews help ensure the engagement remains aligned with your evolving needs. All sessions are documented with summaries for your reference.
How soon can we begin an engagement?
Timeline depends on service type and our current capacity. For facilitation engagements, we typically need two to three weeks for preparation after initial discussions. Change management support can often begin within three to four weeks. Coaching programs usually start within two weeks of the initial assessment session. We recommend reaching out early to discuss your timeline and schedule appropriately.
What are your payment and engagement terms?
Facilitation engagements are billed upon completion. Change management support and coaching programs are billed monthly. We provide detailed engagement agreements outlining scope, deliverables, and terms before work begins. Payment is expected within 30 days of invoice date. All fees are in Singapore dollars and inclusive of GST where applicable.
How do you handle confidentiality and privacy?
We maintain strict confidentiality for all client engagements. Information shared during sessions, assessments, or advisory interactions remains confidential and is not disclosed without explicit permission. For coaching engagements, we follow professional coaching standards regarding confidentiality. All documentation is stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel involved in your engagement.
